Internal Digital Transformation ( ToB&ToC&SaaS ｜Web, Mobile App, h5)

I am part of the company’s R&D center, where the department primarily focuses on internal digital transformation projects, serving approximately 10,000 internal users and building foundational R&D capabilities for regional subsidiaries. As a product manager in the R&D center, I am responsible for product planning and design and oversee product implementation. Additionally, I take on UI/UX responsibilities to ensure seamless collaboration between design and development (with reference to my previous design-related work experience). During product promotion phases, I also conduct presentations at provincial and municipal offices.

Key results: As the product lead, I spearheaded the launch of four to five products, each reaching around 4,000 users, with daily active users exceeding 2,000.

I was part of a 10+ member UED team as one of two interaction designers. I led the four-platform restructuring project for the business exchange, focusing on solution design, business logic analysis, and interaction guideline development, while also managing post-development testing and acceptance. Leveraging data from Sensors Analytics and the backend, I proactively optimized key modules, driving improvements in user experience.

Key results: Following an organizational restructure, I transitioned to the Contract Business team, where I expanded my role to include marketing campaign planning. After the first-phase optimization of the restructuring, significant gains were observed in user metrics, including daily active users, transactions, key conversions, and retention.

I participated in competitor analysis and user interview research, and was responsible for the 0-1 interface and interaction design, UI component-based design, as well as acceptance and testing. I delivered user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, and designed Web, mobile, and browser plugin wallet applications. The company's headquarters is in the United States, and its products primarily target the Latin American market.

Real Estate Industry + Blockchain Contracts （ ToG & ToC ｜Web）

I was responsible for UI & UX. The main task is to streamline the workflow and user process. For example, the process of buying land for real estate companies, the approval process for government agencies, and the process of buying a home for home buyers.

The project had received investment from Ant Financial Services.

Cloud Computing, Big Data, Radio monitoring ( ToG & ToB PaaS ｜Web, Mobile App, Large-screen visualisation design）

During the three years, I was responsible for a very large number of projects, the main products being the Huaxin Cloud Platform and the National Radio Project.

Huaxin Cloud was used in-house as well as in partner companies. The National radio monitoring platform was used in various large scale events, such as the Global 20 meeting.

Security, Face recognition（ ToG｜Web, Mobile App）

I was responsible for user interface design. Besides, front-end development work was also required, interfacing directly with the back-end developers.

The software is used in customs immigration monitoring.

In the UED team, I am primarily responsible for visual design. Participated in project analysis, and user testing.

Used in urban road surveillance. For example, Kunming.

My daily duties were website design, website operation and maintenance, advertising and marketing placement, in addition to my responsibility for the management of a department.
